The Central Carolina REALTORS® Association offers many benefits to its members. These benefits are evident in the use of forms and contracts developed by the Association, informative brochures, notification and education of changes in laws, etc. But, a lot of benefits are intangible, for example, our legislative and RPAC committees allow our members to have a voice in government in the laws that are set forth that affect our industry. Let's take a moment to further discuss some of the many benefits available
through our Association. Each month special activities are scheduled for
members and affiliate members. We hold four membership meetings each year
and many exciting educational programs are offered. Social activities
include the Annual Spring Outing, a Thanksgiving Prayer Breakfast and the
Habitat for Humanity Golf Tournament. We also schedule quarterly meetings specially targeted for the commercial REALTORS®. All of these activities provide tremendous networking opportunities for you and your firm.
Being a member also allows you to participate on any of the following committees that drive our Association with their leadership and direction: Community Service; Education; Equal Opportunity; Legislative; Membership; Public Relations and RPAC.
By becoming a REALTOR®, you pledge to honor a nationally recognized Code of Ethics and most importantly, you indicate to your colleagues and the public that you are a professional. You are entitled to use the prestigious REALTOR® designation and logo in all advertising and correspondence.
As in all professions, the necessity for information on the industry and specialized education is vital.
